It’s five minutes before your program begins. Months of planning have come together. The materials are set up. The room looks beautiful. The food looks delicious. PowerPoint is loaded. Microphones tested. The presenters are ready. But something is missing.
It’s now noon and the room is empty except for you, the presenters, and the two people who always show up. Reminders went out yesterday, this morning, and 15 minutes ago.
