Andi Groomes

Andi has been coaching and consulting for over 15 years.  Andi is the Head of Stakeholders Coaching and is a coach and trainer specializing in relationship building, business development, career navigation, communications and leadership.

Andi has been coaching and consulting for over ten years, supporting performers in their effort to achieve their full potential. Prior to this, Andi successfully navigated a 22-year career at Cigna Healthcare with leadership positions in finance, operations and sales.  During her tenure there, she managed award-winning sales teams with her final position as Sales Vice President in the Metro New York region.

Andi earned her B.A. in Finance from Montclair State University.  She, her husband Ben and son Micah live in Marina Del Rey, California.

Thomas R. Flippen, Sr.

Tom is a workshop trainer and executive coach, specializing in active career management coaching and advising leadership teams.

He is certified in EQi 2.0, EQ 360, various coaching assessments, and is an active participant in the College of Executive Coaches. Tom began his career at Procter and Gamble, followed by a stellar career as Vice President of Sales at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, where he led an organization of 1,400 people and generated annual revenue of over $2 billion. Tom worked as the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Merryck & Co., a consulting firm helping business leaders build successful businesses and lead fulfilling lives.

Tom has served as a leadership coach to corporate and compliance attorneys at global corporations and partners in large legal firms. He has also collaborated with CANDOR and Clearstone Consulting by developing business leaders, lawyers, General Counsel, and corporations to create effective leadership strategies.  Tom is Werten’s executive coach.

Tom earned his BA from Fisk University. He and his wife reside in Memphis. Tennessee.

Sam Matchett

Sam is a coach specializing in critical self-awareness, career management and relationship development.  Sam has a passion for working with partners and associates to develop specific plans for career enhancement.  He has over 20 years’ experience as a coach and has worked with more than 250 partners and associates.  Having recently retired after a highly successful 35-year career, Sam was a partner with King & Spalding.  He has also been a law department leader for a Fortune 125 corporation. He is a recipient of the State Bar of Georgia’s Commitment to Equality Award and served as chair of King & Spalding’s Diversity Committee.

He received his J.D. from the University of Georgia in 1984.  Sam served as a faculty member for the Institute of Applied Management and Law (IAML), National Business Institute, and Federal Publications.  Sam lives in Atlanta, Georgia.

Werten F.W. Bellamy, Jr.

Werten is a trainer and coach.  Werten is the President of Stakeholders, Inc., a company founded in 2007 that provides training and conference resources directed to the talent development needs of associates and partners in over a hundred (100) global corporations and service firms.

Werten launched Stakeholders following sixteen (16) years of work in roles of increasing responsibility, in law firms and at companies.  Werten completed his in-house career with Celera Genomics (NYSE: CRA).  At Celera, Werten was the General Counsel. Werten is also a retired captain in the United States Army.

Werten is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Virginia School of Law.

Supria Kuppuswamy

With over 14 years of experience in coaching and advising in global organizations. Supria is an executive coach specializing in relationship development, career navigation and professional development.  Her past experience includes positions as a career advisor at Emory Law School’s Office of Career Services as well as roles in diversity & inclusion and professional development at Chadbourne & Parke and later at Paul Weiss.  Most recently, she served as the firmwide Diversity Manager for King & Spalding LLP.

Supria earned a Certificate in Executive and Organizational Coaching from New York University and is certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and both EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 assessments. She received her B.A. in English from Vanderbilt University and J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis.
